Off Plan Lease Plans has been creating Land Registry Complaint lease plans for property developers for many years, from small projects of 2/3 flats in conversions to multi-million pound new build complexes in Central London.

We can work from CAD files, or PDFs/jpegs etc. All the we require is that the quality of the plans is good.
 

Process for Larger Projects

If you require above 10 lease plans in one development the process of making the lease plans is as follows:

1. Once the quote has been accepted we will make one lease plan of one of the flats in order to show the style and colouring
2. Once this is drawn we recommend that you show the plan to your legal department to approve that the plan is firstly showing all the correct areas that the lease refers to, and secondly that the colouring is also correct
3. Once this plan has been signed off we then complete the remaining plans to the same standard

In carrying out this methodology we find that the whole process is far quicker and far smoother.
